  • In our first session, we will carve out about 20 minutes for you to fill out some questionnaires, record your body initial measurements + do a physical assessment on movements. With all the info collected, we finish the hour with a tailored workout!

  • A Notion tracker to track all of your workouts and to know every day what you need to do to keep your momentum and NEW YOU going.

  • These goals are specific to you and based on your fitness goals and lifestyle.
