  • Nutrition coaching only! This package is great for anyone that has an active lifestyle, but looking to dial in a more solid framework in their nutrition. We go through a deep dive in your current lifestyle and offer actionable steps to live out a more intentional plan that support your goals.

  • 120 min call of your personalized actionable steps that work for you!

  • You will be sent an intensive questionnaire, and will be sent your results of your personalized nutrition guide. We then schedule a call (120 min) to ensure your actionable steps work for you!

  • In our first session, we will carve out about 20 minutes for you to fill out some questionnaires, record your body initial measurements + do a physical assessment on movements. With all the info collected, we finish the hour with a tailored workout!

  • A Notion tracker to track all of your workouts and to know every day what you need to do to keep your momentum and NEW YOU going.

  • These goals are specific to you and based on your fitness goals and lifestyle.

  • Keeping you motivated towards your goals!

  • Heading to the gym is great, but life is all about balance and moving your body that supports you! I show you how to add new daily habits every week to meet your body’s fullest potential.
